The Customer Satisfaction report will display your customers' feedback on your business. To leave feedback, first, customers should receive an email receipt for the purchase. Customers can rate their experience in the emailed receipt by clicking on the rating numbers below, which will eventually take them to your website to submit their feedback.
Now, let's view to run the customer satisfaction report:
1. Sign in to your account on salesvu.com
2. Go to "Reports" on the left-hand menu, click the drop-down on the top right and select "Customer Satisfaction"
3. Next you can select a location in the upper left, the date filter (in the middle). Navigate the buttons on the top right to see their descriptions.
You can also use the filters ("All", "Status", and "Search by email or name") to run a specific satisfaction report. To remove the filters, click on "Clear Filters".
4. Once you run the report, you can view the total number of different ratings in the boxes (under the date filter), take a look at the illustration below to see the customer rate (i.e. rate 4 on the left), customer email, and date. To view the customer purchase, click "Show Order", you can reply to the customer and add an internal note. Based on the communication with the customer, you can manage the report by opening the "Status: Open" filter on the bottom right. Next, you can mark this rating invalid; for that click the "Mark Invalid button.
