Recurring Billing may fail because the card did not validate the payment correctly. SalesVu has a setting that configures when the system should retry after the recurring billing fails. To configure the Failed Billing Retry Setting, follow the steps below:
1. Log in to SalesVu.com
2. Click on 'Recurring Billing'
3. Use the top filters to search your billing, then check the Recurring Billing you want to configure the failed billing retry setting
4. Click on 'Failed Billing Retry Setting'
5. Click on the drop-down, and select when the system should retry after the recurring billing failed
6. Click on 'Update'
