SalesVu can issue returns for store credit in the form of loyalty points or gift cards, or cash.
To process a return from the POS, follow the steps below:
1. Open your SalesVu POS app and click on the arrow icon next to the alarm clock button
3. Search for the order by either the Order ID, Customer Name, E-mail, Order Name, or Last 4 CC
Important Note: You can change this by clicking the drop-down in the upper left corner.
4. Tap on 'Search Order;
5. Tap on the order you want to Return/Exchange
6. It will open the closed order, choose the item/s you want to return/exchange
7. Tap on the 'R' button and Tap on the 'Return' button
8. Select the 'Return' option
Important Note: Loyalty points will require the customer's name and phone number, which they can redeem during their next visit. The gift card option will require gift card number information.
9. You are all set!
