1. Perform a self-print to ensure that your printer is recognizing an IP address.
a. Turn off the printer
b. Hold down the 'Feed' button (do not release)
c. Turn on the printer
d. Release the 'Feed' button after 8 seconds
e. Wait for the 2-3 large print outs to appear. Here you can verify if the IP Address or Multi-Session is disabled
2. Enabling the 'Multi-Session'
a. From a laptop or PC (connected on the same network) open a browser window and put in the IP address of your printer. You can find the IP address of your printer by performing a self-print
b. Log in with credentials (usually username is root, password is public)
c. Go to System Configuration
d. ENABLE #9100 Multi Session
e. Click Submit
f. Click Save (on the left)
g. Opt for the first option and click on Execute and Save.
f. Wait for the printer to reboot.
