How to issue a refunds for transactions processed through the Branded App

1. Login to the SalesVu portal (SalesVu.com)

2. Select “Orders”

3. Use the search filters to locate the order number/id

4. Select on the + icon to expand the order details

5. Select on the “Refund/Exchange” button

6. Select the item(s) to refund > Continue

7. Confirm the refund amount > Next

8. Receive confirmation of a successful refund
