There might be 2 reasons for this to happen.
A. The PIN for the employee has not been set
1. Sign in to SalesVu.com
2. Go to 'Features' then 'Employees'
3. Click on 'Passwords and PINs'
4. Click on 'Reset Password/PIN'
5. Make sure to select the 'PIN' Tab (many Merchants change the password instead of the PIN)
6. Enter new PIN number twice
B. The location has not been enabled for this employee. Please see the steps below.
1. Sign into SalesVu.com
2. Click on 'Features'
3. Click on 'Employees'
4. Click on 'Locations'
5. Click on 'Manage Locations' next to Employee Name
6. Click 'Yes' for the location
7. Manually sync the SalesVu app and confirm if the employee now appears
