There might be two reasons for this to happen:
1. A PIN has not been created for this employee's account; follow the steps below to create a PIN:
1. Log in to salesvu.com
2. Click on "Employees" from the left-hand menu
3. Click on "Password & PINs" at the top
4. Click on the dropdown menu next to the employee to who you want to change the employee PIN and Select "Reset Password/ PIN"
5. Select PIN from the dropdown menu at the left top, Enter a new PIN, and Confirm the new PIN
6. Click on "Save"
7. Open the SalesVu app and Tap on Gear Icon (Settings) at the top right
8. Tap on Sync with SalesVu.com, and you are all set!
2. The location has not been enabled for this employee. Please see the steps below.
1. Log in to salesvu.com
2. Click on "Employees" from the left-hand menu
4. Click on 'Locations'
5. Click on 'Manage Locations' next to Employee Name
6. Enable the toggle next to a location
7. Manually sync the SalesVu app, and the employee will appear on the listing
