- Go to www.salesvu.com
- Go to features and click on ‘Employees’
- Click on ‘Passwords and PINs’
- Click on ‘Reset Password/PIN’ next to the employee you want to change PIN for.
- Click on ‘PIN tab’ (Make sure you don’t change Password instead of PIN)
- Enter new 4 Digit PIN twice.
- Then save and sync your devices
The employee will then be able to sign in with his new PIN.
