On the SalesVu POS app, you can add customers to a waitlist and select the wait time. When it comes to their turn, they will receive an SMS notification.
To add a customer to a waitlist, please follow the steps:
1. Open your POS app, click the Layout Management icon and click on the '+' icon next to 'Waitlist'
2. A pop-up will appear where you can select the party size, estimated waiting time, and any note you want to add
3. For the waiting time, you can either put an estimate yourself or set an estimate on the web portal (To see how to do that, please click this link).
After that, the CRM page will pop up, and you can add the customer, and their details will populate.
You will now see the customer details on the waitlist under the Layout Management icon
