How to reschedule an appointment – SalesVu

Under the Appointment Calendar, you can simply reschedule an appointment to a different date or time, please follow these steps:

1. Sign into SalesVu.com

2. On the left vertical menu click on 'Appointments'

3. The calendar view will be displayed by default

4. Select a booked appointment

5. Select the 'Reschedule' button

6. Select the new date and time

7. Select 'Ok'

Note: The appointment will be moved from the new date accordingly and the customer will receive an email notification of the change.
