Recommendation Settings

Reduce obstacles between purchasing intent & order placement and upsell with AI-powered recommendations. In order to maximize ticket size, SalesVu’s algorithms are constantly compiling seven types of product recommendations and presenting them subtly as upsell recommendations during various stages of the order flow: These AI-powered recommendations are the following: Best Sellers, New Additions, Trending Now, Your Past Purchases, Frequently Bought Together, Similar Products and You Might Also Like.

Follow the steps below to configure the recommendations settings:

1. Log in to SalesVu.com

2. On the left vertical menu, click on the 'v' icon on the left top next to your name, then click on 'Location Settings'

3. Click on the drop-down arrow at the top right, then click on 'Recommendation Settings'

4. Configure the following settings:

Common Settings:

Configure aspects of New Additions, Best Sellers, and Trending Now that will apply to your channels if enabled.

OrderUp App & Ecommerce Settings

Toggle the switch next to the settings to enable/disable the 7 AI-powered recommendations in the OrderUp App and Ecommerce channels.

Toggle the switch next to the settings to enable/disable the 6 AI-powered recommendations in the POS App.

5. Click on 'Save'
