Note: The ID Tech reader is a headphone/audio jack reader. It is required to give SalesVu access to the microphone of your iPad:
1. Go to the home screen of your iPad
2. Select on 'Settings' of the iPad
3. Scroll down to 'SalesVu'
4. Enable the microphone access (if it is already on then toggle it off and on)

Note: Unplug and replug the reader into the headphone jack
1. Open the SalesVu POS
2. Select on the 'gear' icon
3. Select 'Change' next to card reader
4. Select the ID Tech reader
