Create Individual POs for Location Transfers

Overview

This article explains how to enable Create Individual POs for Location Transfers in SalesVu.

When this setting is enabled, SalesVu will create a separate purchase order (PO) for each source location when inventory is transferred to another location. The PO will use the same vendor and product cost associated with the product at the source location.

Note: This is an account-level setting and applies to all locations.

Enable Individual POs for Location Transfers

1. Sign in to SalesVu.com.
2. Open Manage Inventory from the left menu.
3. Click the drop-down arrow in the top-right corner.
4. Enable the Create Individual POs for Location Transfers toggle.

Once enabled, SalesVu will automatically create individual POs for location transfers using the vendor and cost associated with the product at the source location.
