Customer Product Review Request Emails for E-commerce Orders

Overview

The SalesVu New E-commerce (Marketplace) platform can automatically send a review request email to customers after they complete a purchase. This email is triggered after a configurable number of days (default 7 days after purchase) and asks customers to provide feedback or a review for the purchased product(s).

This automated follow-up can help you collect customer feedback, improve customer engagement, and gather valuable product insights from your shoppers.

Steps to Enable Customer Product Review Request Emails

1. Navigate to SalesVu.com and log in to your account
2. Go to Web Store Settings

3. Select Customer Reviews

   

4. Select Notification Email Setting

   

5. Enable the option:
   Email Customer for Product Review

   

6. Enter the desired number of days in the following field:

   Days After Purchase

   • The default value is 7 days.

   • Update the number of days based on when you want customers to receive the review request email after their completed e-commerce order.

     

7. Save the changes.

How It Works

Once enabled, the SalesVu New E-commerce (Marketplace) platform will automatically send a product review request email to customers after the configured number of days following a completed e-commerce order.

The email is personalized with the customer’s information and provides an opportunity for customers to share feedback or submit a review for their purchased product(s).
