Overview
SalesVu Marketplace supports Local Delivery through a third-party integration powered by First Delivery, which aggregates providers like DoorDash and Uber Eats.
- Supported countries: United States, Canada, United Kingdom
Delivery rates are calculated in real time and shown at checkout.
Important: Delivery fees are paid directly by the customer to the delivery service provider. Merchants do not need to manage or handle the flow of funds for these services.
How to Enable Local Delivery
- Go to SalesVu.com → Marketplace Settings (Join Our Marketplace tab)
- Open Delivery Preferences
- Enable Delivery
- Set:
- Preparation time (in minutes)
- Pickup instructions (optional)
- Package dimensions
- Click Save
How Local Delivery Works
- Delivery is powered by First Delivery
- Orders are routed to providers such as DoorDash or Uber Eats
At checkout:
- Customers see real-time delivery rates
After order placement:
- Delivery is automatically scheduled
- Both merchant and customer receive:
- Tracking link
- Estimated delivery time (ETA)
Tracking Orders
- Delivery status can be tracked via:
- Tracking link
- Orders Report in SalesVu
Customers receive real-time updates on their delivery status.
Refunds & Important Notes
- Always cancel the delivery before issuing a refund
Partial refunds:
- Delivery fees and driver tips are not refunded
Full refunds:
- Before a driver is assigned:
- The customer receives a full refund, including delivery fees, driver tip, and platform fees
- After a driver is assigned and on the way to the merchant:
- Delivery fees, driver tips, and platform fees are non-refundable
