SalesVu 6.9 now includes the ability to have individual employee shift reports. All sales are tied to the employees login. This means that the employees can use multiple devices and all sales are tied to that specific employees shift. For example, if employee A processes transaction on POS #1 then uses another POS #2, those sales will be accounted for under their individual shift report.
Note: If you decide to use the new employee shift reports then it is not recommended to use the current shift report (piggy bank) as the data will not match if you have multiple devices. This is intended for users that would like to track the employee sales per shift on the POS.
To enable the new employee shift report, please follow the steps below.
1. Sign into SalesVu.com
2. Click on 'Employees'
3. Click on 'Access Levels'
4. Edit the employee of your choice
5. Select the filter 'Device Access Levels'
6. Scroll to the bottom
7. Enable one or both of the following:
"Show Employee Shift Report" (individual report)
"Show All Employee Shift Report" (manager/owner access will allow user to view every individual employees shift report)
8. Sync the POS -> Settings -> Employee Report
