Please follow the step below to troubleshoot your iDynamo 5:
1. Try to unplug the card reader from the iPad and re-plug it back in.
2. Remove all active apps from the background of the iPad:
a. Double tap on the 'home button' of your iPap (all apps will become smaller)
b. Place your finger in the middle of the app and swipe up (remove all apps)
c. Re-open the SalesVu app and try again
3. Make sure that the iDynamo 5 reader is selected within the SalesVu app (in the app touch settings (gear) then touch change next to Card Reader to make sure the iDynamo 5 is selected)
4. The iDynamo 5 reader comes with several different attachments and the attachement may be faulty so remove the attachment (squeeze the balls on the side and pull). Plug the card reader directly to your iPad (without any attachment) and try again
5. Clean the bottom of your iPad lightning port with air or a light brush.
