We currently integrate with QuickBooks online and desktop (PC) only.
All sales are transferred from SalesVu to QuickBooks. Each category in SalesVu is mapped as an income account in QuickBooks and sales from products in those categories will show up as income in the relevant category.
1. If you have a category in SalesVu named 'Clothing', when you first setup a sync with Quickbooks an income account named, 'Clothing' will automatically be created and each time any product is sold from that category (i.e., T-shirt) it will go into that income account.
2. All sales transactions whether they are cash or credit card go into Quickbooks as a sale.
3. When you do a sync to Quickbooks it sync all data that has not previously been synced (i.e., if you sync for the first time on a Monday and then the 2nd sync is on Wednesday it would sync all sales after the 1st sync on Monday including any sales on Tuesday and Wednesday).
