To disable the back button on the 'Transaction has been completed' screen, please follow the steps below.
a. Sign into SalesVu.com
b. Click on 'Features'
c. Click on 'Settings'
d. Click on 'General Settings'
e. Change it to 'No back button'
f. Save and sync your devices (you can sync by touching on the gear icon and selecting 'Sync with SalesVu.com')
